Ingredients* Yam x 1 300g cut into small pieces
* Dried shrimps 30g
* Shallot (suitable amount)
* Chopped springonion (suitable amount)
* Red Chili (suitable amount)
* Rice Flour 500g
* Water 6 Bowl (1 bowl = 250ml)
Seasoning
* Seasoning Powder 2 tbsp
* Salt 1 tbsp
* Sugar 1 tbsp
* Five Spice Powder 0.5 tbsp
* Pepper (suitable amount)
* Sesame Oil
Instruction:
* Fried Drive shrimps with sesame oil, add in yam and seasoning
* Pour rice flour, 2tbsp of five spice powder, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of salt into the pot.
* Add 2 bowl of water stir evenly
* Boil 4 bowl of water, add boiled water into the pot and stir until even
* Prepare a baking pan, pour the rice flour + Yam into it
* Steam for 45minute
* When taro/yam cake is ready, fry red onion, and sprinkle the red onion with chopped green onion and red chili on it as topping.
* Cut to serve when cold
